    • Represented NH Nonghyup Financial Group Inc. in its response to a case related to a false report of the holding company’s current status of holding of stocks (secured a non-prosecution decision from the prosecutors)
    • Represented a CEO of a company in a criminal case related to his omission of filing of documents designated to be filed by conglomerate and won an acquittal (affirmed by the Supreme Court)
    • Represented a domestic construction company in a damage claim related to bid-rigging and won a Supreme Court decision to quash and remand the case to the lower court
    • Won in a lawsuit claiming cancellation of disposition to levy on Qualcomm's abuse market dominance
    • Represented Hyundai Motor Company in a lawsuit for damages for violating Fair Transaction in Subcontracting Act
    • Advised Yura Tech Co., Ltd. on counteraction against the Korea Fair Trade Commission (‘KFTC’)’s investigation/examination of an international cartel case
    • Advised Lotte Homeshopping (corporate name: Woori Homeshopping Co., Ltd.) on counteraction against investigation on violation of the Act on Fair Transactions in Large Franchise and Retail Business by 6 TV homeshopping companies
    • Represented Intel in a lawsuit on Qualcomm's abuse market dominance (2nd case)
    • Collusion related to insurance premiums by life and property insurance companies including Samsung Life Insurance
