- Represented Naver in an administrative litigation on the abuse of market dominance in connection with its search algorithm service (the Supreme Court reversed and remanded the case)
- Represented Korean Reinsurance Co., Ltd. in its administrative proceedings regarding the abuse of market-dominance case, resulting in a Supreme Court decision to quash and remand the case to the lower court
- Represented Korea’s largest semiconductor silicon wafer company in its response to the legal proceedings in a case involving an allegation to provide benefits to related parties
- Represented SPC Group and its board members in connection with the prosecutors’ investigation and administrative litigation on alleged unfair support
