Jipyong’s attorneys have handled commercial arbitration involving a wide variety of areas such as construction, trade, investment, IP, fair trade and contractual disputes, and Jipyong has considerable experience with arbitrations conducted at major international arbitration agencies such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB). Many of Jipyong’s attorneys, including Seung Soo CHOI and Jinhee KIM, are registered arbitrators for the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
