Mr. Jin Ha Kim is a partner in the Capital MarketsㆍPE Group. He advises on private placement funds (PEF, HF), financial regulation, acquisition financing, and M&As of financial companies and capital markets.

Mr. Kim actively advises on numerous listings on the KOSPI and KOSDAQ market, domestic listings of foreign companies, overseas listings of domestic companies, and local listings abroad. He also provides advice on various issues such as disclosure and internal control of companies before and after listing, improvement of corporate governance, and responding to stock exchanges and regulatory authorities.

In addition, Mr. Kim has gained practical experience at two of the Big Four law firms in Singapore—Allen & Gledhill LLP and WongPartnership LLP—and holds an LL.M. in Corporate Finance from the National University of Singapore (NUS) Faculty of Law, enabling him to deliver tailored solutions to clients supported by strong local networks and in-depth expertise.
