앤드류 박 시니어 외국변호사는 대형 국제 로펌의 한국 사무소에서 오랜 기간 동안 대표변호사로 재직하며, 해당 로펌의 경영위원회 및 임원직을 역임하였습니다.
앤드류 박 외국변호사는 미국 등 해외 여러 국가에서 법률 업무를 수행하며, 다양한 국가의 법률에 전문 지식을 쌓아왔고, 동서양 시장의 차이점에 대한 깊은 이해로 고객들에게 차별화된 자문을 제공하고 있습니다.
또한 인수, 합작 투자 등과 같은 국제 상업 거래, 기업법무일반 뿐 아니라 독점금지, 반덤핑, 노무 및 지적재산권 분야에서도 고객들에게 심도 깊은 자문과 컨설팅을 제공하며, 자동차 제조업체, 전자 및 화학 회사, 은행, 유명 패션 기업 등 다양한 고객을 대리하였습니다.
지평에 합류하기 전에는 미국 상공회의소 지적재산권위원회 위원장으로 근무하며 미국 국무부, 미국 무역대표부, 주한 미국 대사관에 자문을 제공하였고, 현재는 세계지적재산권기구(WIPO)의 패널/심판관으로 활동하고 있으며, 국제상표협회(INTA)에 소속되어 인터넷 위원회와 인터넷 주소분쟁조정위원회에서 활동한 바 있습니다.
