Ms. Boseul Kim is a partner in the REITs & Fund Group. She advises on real property and real estate development investments through real estate funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and project financing vehicles (PFVs).

Her expertise and experience include development, acquisition, sale, and financing of office buildings, distribution centers, hotels, retail properties, and golf courses in Korea and abroad. She has recently handled several real estate fund acquisitions of non-performing loans involving distressed projects.
