Mr. June Young Moon earned his J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law and is a key member of Jipyong’s Litigation Group. He concentrates his practice on disputes and advisory matters involving personal data protection and data, intellectual property-related issues including those involving copyright and trademark and public contracts such as those for R&D projects. Mr. Moon has also accumulated substantial experience in constitutional and administrative litigation across a wide spectrum of industries, including IT, e-commerce, healthcare, food, broadcasting, and education.
