Ms. So Ra Jang is a partner in the Finance Group. She advises on real estate financing, project financing, structured financing, and acquisition financing.

Ms. Jang’s particular expertise is in real estate financing and project financing, having advised on the Yeouido Park One Development Project, the Redevelopment Project for Yongsan District 4, the Redevelopment Project for Shinmunro District 2-8, and the Housing Redevelopment and Maintenance Project for Seodaeshin District 5. In addition, she has advised on numerous purchases and sales of real estate in Korea and abroad, such as office buildings, hotels, and resorts.

Ms. Jang holds an LL.B. from Yonsei University and a J.D. from Yonsei University Law School.

She is a member of the Korean Bar.
