JIPYONG LLC Launches its Tax & Accounting Center

JIPYONG announced the establishment of the Tax & Accounting Center, which will contribute to the company’s efforts to strengthen JIPYONG’s tax team and combine different tasks in accounting to provide a total service in tax and accounting. 
 
JIPYONG established the Tax & Accounting Center to oversee and supervise the company’s tax and accounting-related tasks. The new Center aims to provide a one-stop service which connects the company’s teams from different fields such as tax, accounting regulation, family law (inheritance and gift tax), criminal (tax and customs), and legislation and public policy (tax policy and amendments to tax law), and the global business center. 
 
In general, advice for clients are provided by a specific service/practice group. In fact, however, lots of clients grapple with complex problems requiring expertise and specialized knowledge across different fields. In particular, tax issues should be examined together with our clients’ economic activities because, in many cases, those two are inextricably intertwined. In this context, if we draw a matrix placing taxation and accounting in rows and our legal services for each practice in columns, we can place the Tax & Accounting Center at the point of contact between taxation and accounting on one hand and individual services Teams on the other. JIPYONG’s Tax and Accounting Center establishes strategies, manages practices, and serves as an information center to ensure that our clients are provided with the best services tailored to their specific needs.
