Jipyong Ranks No. 1 in Four Practice Areas (Antitrust, Labor & Employment, Data Privacy, and Responding to Investigations) – 2026 Korea Law Firm Consumer Report

Jipyong achieved outstanding results, ranking first in four practice areas in the practice-area evaluations of the “2026 Korea Law Firm Consumer Report,” published by the Law Times. 
 
Jipyong ranked first in Antitrust, Labor & Employment, Data Privacy, and Responding to Investigations.  The firm also earned high marks across a range of other practice areas, including second place in Serious Industrial Accidents and third place in Environment & Energy and Criminal Defense.

In particular, Jipyong received high praise from clients, who noted that the firm “demonstrates outstanding expertise as attorneys and excellent communication with clients” and “provides stable and strategic legal services even in complex, large-scale matters, backed by a broad pool of specialized professionals and systematic organizational capabilities across a wide range of industries and fields.” 
 
The “2026 Korea Law Firm Consumer Report” is an annual report published by the Law Times based on a large-scale survey of in-house legal professionals across Korea.  This year, 3,124 legal affairs personnel from 1,364 companies took part, including in-house counsel from the 40 largest corporate groups designated by the Korea Fair Trade Commission, major financial holding companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, and foreign-invested companies. Because its analysis of law firms’ capabilities and expertise draws directly on the assessments of corporate clients who have actually used their legal services, the report serves as a key indicator of competitiveness in the Korean legal market.
