Mr. Byung Joo Lee is a corporate legal expert specializing in antitrust and competition law. Leveraging his academic background in both the United States and Europe, the two main pillars of antitrust law, he sophisticatedly reflects international trends in his practice. In 2025, he published a translated and edited book titled “Global Competition Law Cases: Key Precedents of the U.S. and EU” (Parkyoungsa), which organizes major precedents of U.S. antitrust law and EU competition law by issue. He is currently contributing a series to the Seoul Economic Daily (Sedaily IN) titled “Attorney Byung Joo Lee’s Edge in Management Strategy through Global Precedents,” delivering practical implications that overseas precedents provide for corporate management.

Mr. Lee provides advisory services and conducts due diligence across the full spectrum of antitrust matters, including cartels, business combination filings, internal transactions, abuse of market dominance, and unfair trade practices. He directly handles the entire process of Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) matters, from investigations, filings, and adjudications to administrative litigation.
