Ms. Eunji Han has extensive experience in investigation practices and trials in the fields of public security and criminal defense, serving as a prosecutor in Seoul, Suwon, Changwon, Chuncheon, Seongnam, and other cities for about 12 years in the past. She has handled various labor cases, including serious accidents, industrial accidents, illegal dispatch in Suwon, Changwon, and other cities where there is a high concentration of state-owned industries and large companies. In addition, she has comprehensive knowledge and experience in cases involving elections and political funds of incumbent lawmakers.
Ms. Han joined Jipyong in July, 2024 after retiring from the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office. Based on comprehensive knowledge on the latest investigative techniques, including digital forensics, along with professional experience gained as a prosecutor, she provides top-quality legal services to meet clients’ needs.
