Ms. Yu Jin Lee is a partner in the Capital Markets and Private Equity Group. Her practice primarily focuses on IPOs and equity capital markets transactions, including Korean and overseas listings, equity offerings, IPO-related corporate governance and compliance matters, mezzanine investments, and pre-IPO and strategic investments. She also advises domestic and international clients on cross-border M&A and financial regulatory matters.

Ms. Lee has extensive experience advising companies throughout the IPO process, including corporate restructuring, governance, disclosure, and internal control matters, as well as regulatory review processes. She regularly represents issuers and shareholders in connection with listing applications and post-listing regulatory matters, and has substantial experience coordinating with relevant authorities and market institutions, including the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS), the Korea Exchange (KRX), and the Korea Securities Depository (KSD).

Her practice also includes advising on complex shareholder and management matters arising in the context of capital markets transactions, including shareholder rights, governance disputes, and transfers of corporate control. She is particularly recognized for providing practical and commercially focused advice in matters involving multiple stakeholders and competing regulatory and business considerations, while helping clients navigate complex transactions and corporate governance matters and supporting their long-term growth and stable business operations.

Admitted to practice in both Korea and New York, Ms. Lee regularly works with international law firms, multinational companies, financial investors, and global legal teams on cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional matters involving Korean legal and regulatory issues.
