Mr. Nam Ki Chae is widely regarded as a leading expert in Korea’s securities markets, having served for 32 years at the Korea Exchange. During this time, he was instrumental in developing and implementing trading mechanisms and advancing market deregulation to bring Korea’s capital markets in line with global standards. He has in-depth knowledge of the entire trading process, from order placement to final settlement, and extensive experience in market operations. This allows him to provide effective and practical advice in resolving complex trading-related disputes.

As an executive at the Exchange, he served on the KOSDAQ Market Disclosure Committee and the Listing Eligibility Review Committee. Drawing on these experiences, he offers targeted strategies to listed companies facing issues such as improper disclosure or delisting reviews.

He also has a comprehensive understanding of IPO challenges, having led listing promotion efforts at the Exchange and later serving as Chairman of the Korea IR Service. This enables him to support companies pursuing public listings with well-informed, goal-oriented advice.

From 2001 to 2003, he was seconded to the Financial Supervisory Commission, where he contributed to the development of capital market policies. This experience informs his ability to help clients navigate and respond to regulatory changes effectively.
