Mr. Hu Ren accumulated vast experience in a variety of fields such as corporate management, M&A and IP rights advisory and civil and criminal litigation and arbitration during his 6 years at DeHeng Law Office’s Shandong branch, a large full-service law firm in China. He joined Jipyong in 2004 and is currently concurrently an attorney at Shanghai Huali Law Firm and a Chinese law counsel at Jipyong’s Shanghai office.

His practice focuses on advising Korean companies with connections to China on daily management, M&A and cross-border trade matters and representing clients in international litigation and arbitration such as trade disputes between Koran and Chinese companies.
