Jun Hui LEE

Jun Hui LEE is the Head of Strategy Group at Jipyong’s ESG Center who oversees the Group’s activities since she joined Jipyong in 2021. She focuses on research on ESG integration by industry and business for the management of ESG risks and achievements. She leads the “ESG One-Stop Solution” through an organic cooperation system with working groups, each of which is dedicated to Environment (E), Society (S), and Governance (G). Furthermore, she takes part in the establishment of a platform designed to conduct research and facilitate cooperation between members in the business ecosystem for social value management”.

Ms. LEE previously worked at a national policy research institute, a private company, and a global consulting firm, focusing on international trade based on international affairs, public-private partnership, and international development. In that capacity, she leveraged her extensive research experiences and knowledge to provide in-depth strategies and various know-hows in advising on sustainability and ESG strategies. She successfully led numerous projects for Korean corporations, financial institutions, and global enterprises, which include advice on ESG-based business strategies and its implementations, ESG governance management structure, establishment of a system for the communication between ESG investors and their mutual response, assessment and evaluation of values, and breakthrough strategies for sustainable business partnership, etc.

Ms. LEE provides an unsurpassed ESG Advisory Package, which encompasses ESG-related restrictions and laws, finance and accounting, and policy and research and is even linked to corporate business strategies and management, public notice, and communication. The Package is designed to help Korean corporations understand ESG management in a balanced and accurate manner and provide measures to help them use ESG as a competitive advantage and grow them the right way.

She frequently speaks before companies on ESG management, on occasions such as the C-Suit Insight meeting for ESG management of various enterprises and special lectures hosted by many companies, and serves as commissioner for numerous examination boards and review committees to opine on cases and issues as a civil expert.
