• Successfully represented Daol Investment Management Co., Ltd. as a financial lead manager (Former Name: KTB Investment & Securities) in a lawsuit for damages related to a solar power PF project in Romania (Supreme Court Decision 2022Da265994 dated November 16, 2023)
• Represented financial investment business operators, including securities companies and asset management companies, in numerous cases involving disputes over the unfair solicitation of financial investment products and violations of investor protection duties under the Capital Markets Act.
• Represented financial institutions such as banks, etc. and various other companies in numerous cases involving disputes over the legality of financial advisory fees, tort liability, employer liability, and damages liability
• Represented insurance companies in cases involving disputes over the duty of notification, obligation to explain policy terms, interpretation of insurance policy provisions, actual medical expense insurance, and the out-of-pocket maximum system
• Conducted a number of cases involving disputes between investors, PEF, companies, and partners over investment and settlement payments

• Represented Hanmi Pharmaceutical Group in various provisional injunctions, criminal responses, and execution and responding to strategies for the general shareholders’ meeting in management control disputes
• Represented Good People in management control disputes, handled numerous provisional injunctions for suspension of duties and appointment of acting officers, responded to rehabilitation proceedings, conducted multiple civil and criminal lawsuits to recover company assets lost through embezzlement and breach of fiduciary duty, and managed responses to the Korea Exchange’s substantive review of listing eligibility
• Successfully represented Sajo Industries Co., Ltd. in provisional injunction for inspection and copying of accounting books
• Handled various provisional injunctions, responding to the general shareholders’ meeting, and litigation related to management control disputes involving listed companies on the KOSPI and KOSDAQ markets, and unlisted companies

• Represented Hanol Publishing Co., Ltd. in a case of filing an application for an adjudication on the constitutionality under the Copyright Act and successfully obtained the court’s decision to refer the issue for constitutional review (Seoul Western District Court Decision 202Ka6103 dated February 15, 2023)
• Represented Conglomerate Group S in a lawsuit for revocation of an agenda for incorporation into an affiliate company
• Won in a case involving a claim for adjudication on a constitutional complaint regarding suspension of prosecution
• Won in a case involving revocation of approval of appointment of an executive, a case involving revocation of granting of a degree, a case involving imposition of gift tax, and a case involving a lawsuit by a resident
