Sangyong JUN is a member of Jipyong’s Antitrust & Competition Group and International Group, where he focuses on antitrust and dispute resolution matters. After graduating from Seoul National University School of Law, he joined Jipyong and has successfully handled a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border disputes. Most recently, he earned an LL.M. from Yale Law School.
He is also deeply committed to public interest work. He has handled a number of significant cases before the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court and has presented oral argument before the Supreme Court. In recognition of this work, he has received the Korea Legal Awards three times.
As a member of Jipyong’s AI, Bio & Healthcare Center, Mr. JUN has secured numerous favorable judgments in healthcare-related litigation and received a commendation from the Minister of Food and Drug Safety in 2022. Since 2025, he has also served as a member of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety’s Committee on the Safety Management and Supply of Medical Products for Public Health Emergency Response.
