• Represented asylum seekers at an airport in seeking referral of Article 63(1) of the Immigration Act for constitutional review (the Constitutional Court found the provision incompatible with the Constitution)
• Represented executives and employees of a major corporation in criminal proceedings concerning alleged destruction of evidence
• Represented a furniture company in litigation challenging approval of an implementation plan for an urban planning facility project
• Represented the president of a public corporation in litigation challenging dismissal from office
• Represented a software company in litigation against a Korean public corporation over service fees

• Acted as counsel in proceedings for the recognition and enforcement of an international arbitral award arising from a breach of representations and warranties dispute between a Chinese insurance company and a Korean fund
• Advised on the recognition and enforcement of an international arbitral award arising from an intellectual property dispute between Korean and Chinese gaming companies
• Represented a Thailand-based global hotel chain in litigation against a Korean hotel owner seeking payment of license fees and royalties
• Acted as counsel in multiple lawsuits involving a global plastics manufacturer, including actions seeking injunctions against trade secret misappropriation
• Represented wheelchair users in submitting an individual communication to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights concerning access to intercity transportation
• Represented asylum seekers at an airport in submitting an individual communication to the United Nations Human Rights Committee

• Represented the Commissioner of the Busan Regional Office of Food and Drug Safety in litigation challenging a corrective order concerning krill oil products (judgment reversed and remanded by the Supreme Court)
• Represented the Commissioner of the Seoul Regional Office of Food and Drug Safety in litigation challenging an administrative fine imposed on Company D for insufficient probiotic content in its products
• Represented the Commissioner of the Seoul Regional Office of Food and Drug Safety in litigation challenging a determination that Company P’s probiotic products failed to meet applicable content requirements
• Represented the Republic of Korea in state liability litigation concerning the Food Sanitation Act
• Represented the Commissioners of the Gyeongin and Daejeon Regional Offices of Food and Drug Safety in administrative appeals involving a pharmaceutical company

• Represented victims’ bereaved families in state liability litigation arising from the Jinju apartment arson and murder case
• Represented out-of-school youth in litigation challenging the denial of access to the National Joint Scholastic Achievement Test
• Represented Animal Liberation Wave in filing a complaint seeking to halt the operation of an illegal dog slaughterhouse
• Represented a person with a hearing disability in filing a complaint with the National Human Rights Commission of Korea concerning the failure to provide sign language interpretation for the taxi driver qualification examination
