Xu Ran ZHANG

Mr. Xu Ran Zhang is an attorney of Shanghai Huali Law Firm and concurrently, a Chinese law counsel at Jipyong's Shanghai office.

Mr. Zhang advises Korean companies’ investments in China and on related matters such as M&A, cross-border trade and the daily management of such investments, and vice versa with respect to Chinese companies. He also handles disputes such as trade litigation and arbitration between Korean and Chinese companies.
