Attorney Hyomin Pak is a member of the Global Risk Management & Strategy Center, specializing in international trade and economic law, export controls and economic sanctions, international regulations, ESG, climate change, supply chain risks, and public international law. Attorney Hyomin Pak has accumulated solid practical experience providing legal counsel and handling litigation across a broad spectrum of areas, including international trade, international investment, export controls, economic sanctions, climate change, economic cooperation, and administrative litigation at major government ministries in the Republic of Korea.
