Soonchul Park joined JIPYONG with a distinguished background, having served as the chief prosecutor at the Seoul Southern District Prosecutor’s Office, which specializes in financial matters. He also held Key positions as the special departmental chief prosecutor and deputy departmental chief prosecutor at the financial and tax investigation department at the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office. Throughout his career, Mr. Park has investigated numerous criminal, corporate and financial cases. His experience extends to his time at the Financial Services Commission, where he was a member of both the Capital Market Investigation and Deliberation Committee and the Supervisory Committee, overseeing a variety of financial and accounting supervision cases.
With years of dedicated service as a public prosecutor, Mr. Park has a comprehensive understanding of criminal and civil cases, financial cases, as well as cases related to corporate affairs, fair trade, real estate, tax law, and more recently, virtual currency. He brings a wealth of specialized knowledge to our firm and is committed to delivering expert legal services.
