Mr. Soonchul Park joined Jipyong after 26 years of service as a public prosecutor, including as Chief Prosecutor of the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors’ Office, the prosecutors’ office specializing in financial crime.
During his prosecutorial career, he focused primarily on corporate, financial, and special investigations. He was also seconded to the Financial Services Commission as a legal advisor, serving as a member of both the Capital Markets Investigation and Deliberation Committee and the Accounting Oversight Deliberation Committee, where he handled a wide range of financial and accounting audit cases. In addition, he served at the Anti-Corruption Task Force under the Office for Government Policy Coordination of the Prime Minister’s Office, conducting government-wide joint enforcement operations in collaboration with officials across ministries.
Drawing on this breadth of experience, he focuses his practice on corporate, financial, and criminal matters, while bringing broad legal knowledge and expertise across civil litigation, real estate, taxation, and family law, all in service of providing clients with the most effective legal representation.
