Mr. Hyeong Tae Lim served 17 years as a judge in the Seoul Southern District Court, Seoul Central District Court, Suncheon branch of the Gwangju District Court, Jeonju District Court and Gwangju High Court, and has retired as the presiding judge of the Jinju branch of Changwon District Court in February 2020.
Mr. Lim ruled on an array of civil, criminal and family cases and petitions during his numerous judgeships. He has particular expertise handling criminal cases. Mr. Lim utilizes the detailed fact interpreting skills and in-depth legal knowledge he acquired as a judge to provide top-notch legal services.
