Ms. Min Ah Seo is a member of the Capital Markets & Private Equity Group and advises on IPOs and other capital markets, corporate governance, general corporate matters, and substantive review of delistings at the market of the KRX. She is also a licensed Korean Certified Public Accountant and previously worked at Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers, and, based on this expertise and experience, she provides tax advisory and accounting regulatory advice.
