Mr. Dong Cheon Seo passed the 2nd national bar exam in 2013. He worked for Dongin Law Group for 4 years, focusing on litigation, real estate, project finance, M&A, and general corporate matters. He joined Jipyong in 2017. He was dispatched as a legal counsel to the Restructuring Department of Korea Development Bank for one year. Currently, as a member of Jipyong’s M&A Group, Mr. SEO focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, renewable energy, restructuring, general corporate matters, and cross-border transactions. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. SEO worked for KT Corp. where he oversaw research and development of various telecommunication services.
