Ms. Joo Yeon Shin is a partner at Jipyong and head of the firm’s Ho Chi Minh City Office. After graduating from Seoul National University School of Law, Ms.Shin began her career as in-house counsel at Hanon Systems Co., Ltd. before joining Jipyong’s Ho Chi Minh City office in 2016, where she has focused on Vietnam-related matters.
After completing her LL.M. at Columbia Law School, she was appointed head of the Ho Chi Minh City office in February 2026. She advises corporate clients across a wide range of industries on investment into Vietnam and local business operations.
