Ms. Eunji Han brings approximately 12 years of experience as a public prosecutor, having served in Seoul, Suwon, Changwon, Chuncheon, Seongnam, and other locations. During this time, she developed broad experience in investigations and trials involving corporate criminal matters, and public-sector investigation. In particular, in Seoul, Suwon and Changwon where many of Korea’s key national industries and major corporations are concentrated, she focused on corporate and economic crimes, industrial accident cases, and labor matters such as illegal worker dispatch. She also has extensive investigative experience in cases involving elections and political funds cases involving incumbent members of the National Assembly.

After leaving the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office in July 2024, Ms. Han joined Jipyong. Drawing on her professional experience as a prosecutor and her command of advanced investigative techniques, including digital forensics, she serves as Deputy Head of the Digital Forensics Center. She is also actively engaged with the firm’s Continued Listing Advisory Center and Industrial Accidents & Safety Center.

Building on this background, Ms. Han focuses her practice on corporate crime cases, including corporate embezzlement and breach of trust, violations of the Act on External Audit of Stock Companies, Etc., the unauthorized disclosure of industrial technology, and collusion. She also has experience responding to accounting reviews by the Financial Services Commission and representing listed companies in responding to Korea Exchange reviews of their continued eligibility for listing. In addition, she has secured numerous favorable decisions clearing clients of all charges, as well as acquittals, in education-related cases, including violations of the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act by educators and school violence cases.

Ms. Han is also actively engaged in professional writing and speaking. She contributes a column series to the Seoul Economic Daily for executives of listed companies and major corporations and in-house legal teams, titled “The 2026 Overhaul of the Criminal Justice System: A Guide to Responding to Criminal Investigations and Proceedings.” She also spoke on “Search and Seizure Practice and Attorney-Client Privilege (ACP)” at LES 2026, hosted by the Law Times, and her presentation received coverage in the legal media. She also regularly delivers lectures to in-house legal teams at major corporations on practical responses to searches and seizures.
