Mr. Hyoung June Kim is an advisor at Jipyong, concentrating on matters related to real estate investment trusts (REITs) and asset management companies (AMCs), as well as ESG/CSR matters in the real estate sector.

Mr. Kim is a preeminent real estate and finance expert in REITs and urban redevelopment. As a Certified Appraiser with a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Accounting), he commands a profound mastery of real estate theory.
