Mr. Young Woon CHO is a certified public accountant who worked at Busan District Court and Samil PwC Accountings.

He is an expert in corporate restructuring who possesses both theoretical knowledge and field experience in bankruptcy proceedings and corporate mergers and acquisitions. For 9 years as a commissioner of the management committee of Seoul Bankruptcy Court, He handled more than 900 cases related to corporate rehabilitation, general rehabilitation, and corporate bankruptcy. After joining Samil PwC, Mr. CHO focused his expertise on investigating rehabilitation cases and counseling financial matters, corporate mergers, and acquisitions, due diligence on NPL, and evaluating corporate value.
