Ms. LIM successfully represented clients in numerous civil litigation [related to Build Operate Transfer (BOT), acquisition of treasury stock, the board of directors in a limited liability company, vicarious liability, insurance money, commission for insurance agencies, and confirmation of the status of contractor, etc.] and administrative litigation (related to the State Property Act, the Airport Facilities Act, and a claim for the confirmation of the nullity of dismissal, etc.). He also successfully represented many corporate clients in connection with criminal cases [related to cryptocurrency, an embezzlement and breach of trust by a representative director, executives, or employees, a breach of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc., of Specific Economic Crimes (fraud), and a breach of the Medical Service Act] and obtained the prosecutors’ non-prosecution decision or a judgement of acquittal.
