Jipyong Opens Continued Listing Advisory Center for Listed Companies

Jipyong has launched Continued Listing Advisory Center (CLAC) to provide practical and comprehensive consulting services to listed companies seeking to maintain their listing eligibility.  The firm has appointed Nam Gi CHAE—former Deputy Governor of the Korea Exchange (KRX) who joined Jipyong in February—as the head of the new center.   
 
The launch of Jipyong’s CLAC comes amid regulatory and structural shifts under Korea’s “Value-up” initiative, aimed at delivering optimized solutions to listed companies facing various listing eligibility challenges in the Korean capital market.   
 
To support the companies at the risk of delisting, Jipyong has assembled a multidisciplinary team of experts across capital markets, accounting audit response, securities-related criminal matters, digital forensics, internal investigations, M&A, corporate restructuring, and securities litigation.  Notably, the Center is headed by Senior Advisor Nam Gi CHAE, who is widely recognized as a leading market expert who has spearheaded the global standardization of Korea's securities market.  The Center also features several seasoned professionals, including Advisor Brian KIM (former managing director at the Korea Exchange Securities Market Headquarters), Managing Partner Haeng Gyu LEE (current member of the Corporate Review Committee and a former Listing and Disclosure Committee at the Korea Exchange Securities Market), and Senior Advisor Yung Eun JANG (former head of the Disclosure and Listing Department at the Korea Exchange Securities Market Headquarters).   
 
CLAC provides tailored and effective consulting for companies designated—or at risk of being designated—for listing eligibility review due to audit disclaimers, embezzlement, breach of trust, excessive disclosure demerits, or market cap deficiencies.  The Center delivers integrated support across △formal delisting, △substantive delisting reviews, △maintenance of listing eligibility, △forensic investigation, △internal investigations and response, △rehabilitation procedures, and △shareholder litigation, offering holistic assistance to clients navigating complex capital market risks.   
 
Going forward, the Center will continue to leverage its deep understanding of KRX practices and extensive market experience to help our clients maintain their listing eligibility and fulfill their responsibilities to employees and shareholders.
