Mr. Gi Heon Ha began his career as a prosecution investigator at the Uijeongbu District Prosecutors’ Office in 1995 and served for over 30 years in the Korean prosecution service. He held investigator positions at the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors’ Office, the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors’ Office, and the Wonju Branch Office of the Chuncheon District Prosecutors’ Office. He subsequently served as Senior Administrative Officer of the Anti-Corruption Investigation Division I of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office and concluded his prosecution service as Head of the Investigation Division at the Yeoju Branch Office of the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office, retiring with the rank of Senior Investigation Secretary. Following his public service, he served for two years and one month as President of an asset management firm in Gangnam.

Mr. Ha was designated by the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office as a Certified Investigator specializing in both Property Crimes and Violent & Organized Crimes. In this capacity, he developed recognized expertise across a broad range of matters, including property crimes, illegal fundraising, medical malpractice, financial and tax crimes, violent crimes, organized crimes, narcotics offenses, sexual offenses, special investigations, and criminal complaints and accusations.

Mr. Ha joined Jipyong’s Criminal Defense Group in 2026, where he advises clients on criminal matters.
