Ms. Mai has particular expertise in finance and has experience providing a wide range of advice in the area such as drafting internal regulations and transaction forms for Vietnam’s leading banks, finance companies and securities companies. She is also an active law lecturer, having lectured the executives and employees of Vietnam’s leading banks on finance laws for a long time.
