Jipyong Signed MOU with Korea Information Technology Service Industry Association (ITSA) for Legal Support

On May 4th, Jipyong held a signing ceremony with the Korea Information Technology Service Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as "ITSA") at the headquarters of Jipyong and entered into an MOU for legal support to ITSA members. 
 
Through this MOU, ITSA agreed to support the legal compliance of its members, and Jipyong agreed to improve the ability of ITSA members to respond to legal challenges and contribute to the development of the IT service industry by providing legal advice, dispute resolution support, and related training. 
 
Jipyong thereby will provide legal advice and dispute resolution support to ITSA members in connection with various matters directly or indirectly related to their business, including legal advice on the State Contract Act, the Software Promotion Act, and the E-Government Act, advice on legal disputes related to contracts ordered by the government, advice on confirming the scope of work for orders, and advice on unfair ordering practices. 
 
In the signing ceremony, the attendants were the managing partner Mr. Sung Won YOON, the Jipyong attorneys Mr. Jae Seung LEE and Mr. Jung Gyu CHOI, the chairman of ITSA Mr. Hyun Take CHOI (the representative director of DaiShin Information & Communications Co., Ltd.), the vice chairman Mr. Hyuk Sang KWON ( the representative director of KCC Information & Communications Corp.), the vice chairman Mr. Hyung Won KIM (the representative director of Korea EDS), the Executive Vice Chairman Mr. Hyo Geun CHAE, and the director Mr. Jong Seon BAEK. 
 
The managing partner Mr. Sung Won YOON said, "We are very pleased to have signed an MOU for legal support with the ITSA, the only professional IT service organization in Korea," and stated, "We will provide the best legal services for ITSA and its members, who play a key role at the forefront of the IT industry."
