<div align="justify">JIPYONG has published a Japanese treatise on Myanmar's foreign investment laws and related issues necessary for making foreign investment in Myanmar titled Foreign Investment Laws and Doing Business in Myanmar. </div>

<div align="justify">The 280-page legal treatise, written in Japanese, records the latest foreign investment laws in Myanmar as well as the practical issues related to foreign investment in Myanmar as gleaned from JIPYONG's experience in advising a diverse range of clients in their entry into Myanmar.</div>

<div align="justify">JIPYONG has handled over 100 matters related to foreign investment in Myanmar through its branch office in Yangon, and the publication of the Japanese treatise has resulted from the need to satisfy the demand for legal advice and consulting on foreign investment in Myanmar by the firm's Japanese clients.</div>
