Jipyong represented members of a church and obtained a provisional order for access to and duplication of accounting books and records on the ground the church pastor was suspected of improperly using church properties. However, the church refused to comply with the provisional order within the period, and the period expired.
Jipyong represented the church members again to file another claim for the provisional order for access to and duplication of the church accounting books and records. Jipyong argued for the need to access and duplicate some additional materials other than the materials which were originally requested for access and duplication.
The court accepted the claim for the provisional order, and rendered a decision to allow access to and duplication of the church accounting books, records, and other materials.
