• Disputes involving real estate trust and PF: successfully represented ‘H’ trust company in various disputes related to Amco Heritz project in Bundang; successfully represented City of Seoul in a claim for return of deposit in connection with DMC B2 development project in Sangam-dong, and advised numerous real estate trust companies
• Disputes involving condominium buildings and various leases: consultation on ‘L’ mall at Gimpo airport, and successfully represented ‘S’ bus terminal in a dispute involving land rights to a condominium building, and ‘L’ logistics company on numerous lawsuits involving ‘O’ logistics center
• Disputes involving reconstruction/redevelopment projects: advised and represented clients in various reconstruction/redevelopment projects, including recovery of loans from many improvement project associations, ‘S’ construction company’s defense of 40 billion settlement lawsuit, and stay of effect of resolution of a general meeting
• Others: successfully represented clients in lawsuits, including KOICA’s claims against a construction company related to construction of a nursing college in Bangladesh, large construction company’s claim for return of contract deposit against Korea Specialty Contractor Financial Cooperative, and ‘E’ school foundation’s defense against a claim for land ownership acquisition by prescription
