Mr. Dal Ong Choi has demonstrated proficiency in the handling of a diverse range of legal matters, encompassing civil, criminal, and administrative cases since he joined the Litigation Team of Jipyong’s Busan Office. In particular, he displays an excellent ability to bring cases to a conclusion in a manner that aligns with the client's needs. This includes the filing of defence opinions and affidavits for the accused and accused parties in criminal cases from the initial investigation stage. He is currently an associate in the Criminal Defense Team of Jipyong Busan office, with responsibility for overseeing the investigation and trial stages.
In addition, Mr. Choi completed his training at Nishimura & Asahi (Tokyo), one of the largest law firms in Japan, and through his network connections with Japanese law firms such as Nishimura & Asahi, he is expanding his practice to include cases involving Japan. His practice includes litigation by Korean companies in Japanese courts, as well as handling property and inheritance matters for overseas Koreans in Japan. Mr. Choi is constantly striving to expand and specialize his practice in order to provide the best services in Japan-related matters, as well as in transnational matters.
