Company A recently identified issues of low work performance and lack of cooperation skills among some employees and requested Jipyong’s Labor Group to provide countermeasures. Jipyong’s Labor Group, together with the Management Consulting Center, thoroughly analyzed Company A's existing performance evaluation methods and human resources/labor management systems, and provided consulting services to introduce a capability enhancement program for low performers. The consultation process carefully considered Company A’s unique corporate culture and work practices to propose effective measures. First, Jipyong’s Labor Group and the Management Consulting Center established a step-by-step program to improve the capabilities of low performers and presented specific program content and operational procedures. In preparation for cases where participants fail to show improvement despite completing the program, Jipyong also provided legal advice on the requirements and procedures for ordinary dismissal. Specifically, Jipyong supported the establishment of a practical and effective management system for low performers by (i) designing the performance improvement program and reviewing anticipated risks, (ii) revising all relevant internal regulations related to the program's implementation and operation, and (iii) providing detailed guidelines for program execution.
