Advisor Hyoung June KIM has extensive experience regarding REIT and AMC examination. As a certified public appraiser with a doctorate in business administration, he is an expert in real estate and finance with an in-depth understanding of real estate theories.

Mr. Kim served as the head of the Research, Human Resources, and Performance Management departments at the Korea Real Estate Agency for 22 years, focusing on REIT and appraisal practices. He conducted extensive, multi-year research on commercial and business real estate as well as many other real estate-related tasks.

As a former director who oversaw the REIT Review Committee at the Korea Real Estate Agency, particularly during the recent rapid expansion of the REITs market, he will provide expert advice on REIT and AMC examination.

Based on his extensive experience and profound knowledge, Mr. Kim will provide a comprehensive strategy for addressing any REIT-related issues.
