In particular, Jipyong is being recognized as a law firm clients consider first in complex litigation, administrative litigation and civil litigation relating to housing and urban development projects, which require a deep understanding of the relevant laws such as the Housing Act, Act on the Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments and Urban Development Act.

The Construction & Real Estate Group closely collaborates with the Criminal Defense Group, Labor Group and Antitrust & Competition Group, and, where appropriate, forming collaborative teams such as construction-related criminal defense team, construction-related antitrust & competition team and industrial safety and health team.
