On July 15, 2019, Jipyong published 'Horizon of the Law', an anthology of legal theses, articles, columns and briefs written by Jipyong attorneys.
The anthology contains Mr. Ji Hyung Kim’s column, "Good Procedure is Justice", Messrs. Gee Hong Kim and Byung Joo Lee’s thesis, "Globalization of Competition Law: Status and Issues"; it also includes the complaint filed in a pro bono case, seeking a "guarantee of the right of visually/hearing-impaired persons to attend the cinema", as well as the written grounds for final appeal on "scope of lessee’s liability for damages to non-leased property" which led to a successful en banc Supreme Court decision.
Managing Partner, Kong Hyun Lee, stated that "We published 'Horizon of the Law' as an anthology of cases and research conducted by Jipyong attorneys last year with a view to promoting our activities to our clients and the broader legal community."
Jipyong plans to publish 'Horizon of the Law' every year as an anthology of meaningful cases, research papers, case reviews and columns authored by its members.
