Jipyong Held Webinar on ‘Foreign Business and COVID-19’

On May 27, Jipyong successfully held a webinar on ‘Foreign Business and COVID-19’ for businesses and enterprises. 
 
The webinar started with an opening address of attorney Young Joo PARK, the head of Jipyong’s Shanghai branch. Attorneys at Jipyong’s foreign branches including Attorney Deok Jung SON from the Shanghai branch, Attorney Jung Tae JUNG, the head of Ho Chi Minh city branch, Attorney Yong Sook KWON, the head of Jacarta branch, U.S. Attorney Brian K. OH, the head of the Yangon branch, and Russian Attorney Seung Min LEE, the head of Moscow branch presented the policies and the matters to note in connection with COVID-19 in China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar and Russia. 
 
Attorney Cheol JEONG, the head of the overseas business team said, “Many Korean companies entered into foreign markets are suffering from difficulties due to a loss incurred from COVID-19 temporary close and issues related to layoffs. Through this webinar, we hope that Jipyong, a law firm with a broad experience in overseas business affairs, can help such businesses to come up with countermeasures against COVID-19.”
