From 1985 to 2004, Joon Ho Kim worked for the Korean Public Prosecutors' Office at various levels as a prosecutor and departmental chief prosecutor. During his 19-year service as prosecutor, he accumulated substantial experience in prosecution, legal administration, and special investigations.

After retiring from the prosecutor's office, he joined SK Group as the head of the Group's legal department in 2004. From 2004 to 2023, he gained a lot of experience in corporate law and management as the Chief Administrative Officer of SK innovation, SK Telecom, and SK Hynix. He also served as the CEO and member of the management advisory board of SK Hynix system ic until 2023. He joined Jipyong in 2024.

Based on his experience, he aims to provide the best legal services in each area of corporate law.
