Mr. Sang Ho Yoon served as a prosecutor for nearly 20 years while taking many important posts such as Director Prosecutor at the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors’ Office and the Head of Public Security Department at the Ulsan District Prosecutors’ Office, where he investigated major cases in various sectors such as large-scale industrial accidents, labor, and election cases, as well as criminal cases involving felonies, corporate matters, and property crimes, etc. During his tenure in the public service, Mr. Yoon co-authored investigation manuals, including “Investigation Practices for Industrial Safety (Ulsan District Prosecutors’ Office)” and ‘Investigation Practices for Voice Phishing (Supreme Prosecutors’ Office)’.

Launching his career as a lawyer upon departure from the prosecutors’ office, he co-authored another book titled “Understanding and Responding to the Serious Accidents Punishment Act (Pakyoungsa)’ in 2022 and soon joined Jipyong in June of the same year.

At Jipyong’s Criminal Group and Occupational SafetyㆍSerious Accidents Team, Mr. Yoon, a well-versed professional in practice and theory with extensive experience of more than 20 years, is providing a wide range of legal services in the areas of serious accidents, occupational safety, labor and other criminal matters regarding corporate defense, tax, finance (under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act), property crime, gaming, gambling, illegal drugs, and sexual assault, etc.

Represented Golf Course Operator K in connection with its alleged violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, Etc. of Specific Crimes for embezzlement and misappropriation and obtained a freedom from suspicion.
