Ms. Dinh Huong Giang has been advising leading foreign companies in various M&A, corporation establishment and investment matters in Vietnam. She advises such companies seeking to expand to Vietnam on the basis of her extensive knowledge of Vietnam’s labor and compliance issues. Ms. Giang has also successfully represented clients in arbitration and litigation in Vietnam on numerous occasions. Other experience of hers includes advising on solar power plant development projects and advising on investing in and operating distribution, logistics and chemical manufacturing businesses in Vietnam.

Having majored in both law and Korean at university, Ms. Giang is able to provide clients with oral written advice in both Korean and English. She has experience delivering lectures on Vietnam’s labor laws in Korean.
