Global M&A

Our Global M&A Team advises domestic and international companies from startups to major corporations to financial institutions. Our clients engage in a wide variety of industries such as manufacturing, technology, pharmaceutical, media and entertainment. When advising our clients, we incorporate guidance from our firm’s various practices such as corporate, fair trade, labor, intellectual property, finance etc, to provide a tailor-made solution to meet our client’s various needs.

Based on our expertise and experience we navigate clients through all stages of a cross-border M&A deal spanning from the structuring and due diligence phase, to negotiating the deal and preparation of transaction documents, all the way to the successful closing of the transaction as well as any and all necessary post-closing measures.

Cross-border M&A transactions present special concerns due to differing legal and regulatory standards, including fair trade and labor laws. Our Global M&A Team utilizes its vast experiences in global transactions and network in various industries and fields of practice to safely guide our clients through all facets of a cross-border transaction while fully addressing the special concerns that these transactions pose.
