Establishment of Project Finance Normalization Center

Purpose 
 
Jipyong Jisung is committed to contributing to the normalization of project finance business in these tough economic times. For this purpose, we have established the Project Finance Normalization Center by forming a practice group comprised of transactional and litigation attorneys who are experts in the field and whose successful track record and innovative thinking enable them to cut through to the core of various problems arising from project finance-related matters and offer creative, total solutions that effectively address critical situations. 
 
In order to revive projects at risk of collapse, accurate diagnosis and effective treatment through creative, total solutions are necessary. Otherwise further progress on non performing projects through a different approach such as refinancing or the sale of project assets is difficult, and depending on circumstances, the acquisition of project rights and change of project directors may be required. These procedures accompany complex legal issues, and the assistance of seasoned, capable legal counsel becomes crucial in getting at-risk projects back on track. And through the Project Normalization Center, we aim to offer clients the maximum benefit of our experienced and talented attorneys in resolving critical problems they face with project finance matters under today's less than optimal economic conditions.
