Kwang Sun LEE

Mr. Kwang Sun Lee is the head of the Labor & Employment Group at Jipyong and mainly advises and represents clients in HR/labor fields and collective labor relationships.

Mr. Lee is actively engaged as a lecturer at numerous corporations, the Korean Bar Association, and the Korean Employers Federation.

Drawing on from his experience as an in-house counsel at CJ Corporation, Mr. Lee is able to thoroughly understand and cater to the needs of clients and provide the legal services required by corporations including the prevention of legal risks and presentation of comprehensive legal solutions as well as legal advice on the cases that already occurred.

Mr. Lee is a member of the Korean Bar. Mr. Lee has a Ph.D. in Labor Law from Korea University, a LL.M. in Labor Law from Korea University, a LL.M. from the University of Minnesota and a LL.B. from Sungkyunkwan University.
