Mr. Kang Jin Jeon has served at the Prosecutors Offices in Seoul, Daegu and Gwangju as a prosecutor, deputy chief prosecutor, and chief prosecutor for more than 23 years, handling criminal cases in diverse areas such as the intellectual property rights, fair trade, public security, taxes, supports for victims, etc.

After working as a visiting scholar at the Institute of Comparative Law, Chuo University in Japan, Mr. Jeon served as the Legal Counsel at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Japan, taking in charge of protection of the rights of overseas Korean nationals and international criminal affairs. While working as the head of Criminal Legislation Division, the Korean Ministry of Justice, Mr. Jeon reformed the major criminal laws, and published a book of practical cases related to intellectual property rights investigations when he served as the head of 6th Criminal Division at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office.

At law firm Kim & Chang, Mr. Jeon provided legal services to Japanese companies, and he worked as a vice president handling various corporate-related legal affairs and compliance issues (compliance management) at the private company. Mr. Jeon has accumulated expertise in corporate criminal cases, intellectual property rights, compliance, criminal law, and Japan as well as in the general criminal cases.
