Jun Jin CAO

Foreign attorney Mr. Jun Jin Cao was admitted to the Chinese bar in 2008 and obtained his LLM from East China University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Cao possesses an excellent scholarly background. His thesis ‘The Direction for Intellectual Property Clauses in the China-Korea FTA – A Comparative Analysis of the FTAs Executed by China and Korea’ saw him winning the highest price in his university. Further, Mr. Cao participated in many social responsibility activities, was an assistant to numerous professors and on many occasions received national scholarship and awards for academic excellence.

From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Cao also wrote 5 papers on, among others, international law, civil law, criminal law and IP rights.

Mr. Cao currently advises Korean companies’ investments in China and on related matters such as the registration and daily management of such investments, and vice versa with respect to Chinese companies. He also handles disputes work such as trade litigation and arbitration between Korean and Chinese companies.
