Mary Kosman received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2013. Ms. Kosman also received a Master’s of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
Prior to joining JIPYONG’s Global Dispute Resolution Team, she worked as a staff attorney at the Maryland Legal Aid Bureau. Her practice was primarily civil litigation and she has represented numerous tenants and consumers in housing and debt collection cases. She brings years of experience and keen insight in all stages of dispute resolution from early settlement through trial and appellate proceedings.
Her areas of interest and expertise include U.S. civil procedure, jury trial, ESG and corporate social responsibility.
